Welcome to the MagePage Army page.

200 pt.

-Ranged Raiders-
I am ashamed to say that this army of Roe-Job's beat a modified version of the Litch's Bitches(below) In a Tournament Saturday. He gave me a royal spanking that I did not enjoy.

***Amotep Gunner
** Demi-magus (2)
***Mending Priestess
* Steam Golem
* War Impaler

Playing Tips:
This is a great 200 pt. army that works well in tournaments. Set up the gunner, the demis, and the mending priestess so the priestess can use defend for the other three figures. This will result in moving the formation in 2 moves, but it's an easy way to keep a healer on them for when the gunner and demis take damage. I like to start out by having the gunner, demis and the priestss in the middle. To the left of them I put the Steam Golum and to their right, the War Impaler. Use the Steam Golum to flank your oppenent on their right side and the War Impaler to flank their left side. I do this because of the way the War Impalers arc is set up. Then bring the gunner and his group up the middle. Feel free to move them in any direction if the middle presents too much of a danger for them. If you notice your oppenent gathering their army on a certain side, feel free to move the Steam Golum or the War Impaler towards that side more. Still try to use them to flank though, I found this works great. This is a great ranged army that keeps your oppenent busy.

-Lich's Bitches-
This army has been used by myself several thousand times. I love the Lich. He is in every battle I play.

**Werebear
*Bond Maker
**Specter
Lich

Playing Tips:
Use the Lich, Bondmaker, and Werebear in formation with werebear at point. Advance with the specter and the formation. Use the werebear as cover for the formation as you advance Bring the specter in from the side and tie up any ranged characters you can. Use this oportunity to get the Lich in range. When he is, fire away. Don't be afraid to push the Lich if the enemy is still a good distance away. The Lich should be able to waste 200 points in a few turns. As soon as the werebere gets 2 or more clicks, and the Lich is in range, advance the werebear to intercept and incoming skermishers. Have the bond maker serve as cover for the Lich if needed since he has no use when the werebear leaves. It is imperiative that the Lich not get in base contact with the enemy. Oh ya, don't fight a magic immunity army. I found that out the hard way. (Thanx Alek!)

-Necro-Licious-
Standard Necro army.

*Zombie x4
** Zombie x3
*** Grave Robber x2
*** Nightwitch
** Skeleton
* Mending Priestess

Playing Tips:
Feel free to upgrade or downgrade zombies and skeletons as nescessary. I just used figures I have. I use the 4 * zombies and one Grave Robber in a formation and the three standards and the other Robber as another. The nightwitch does it's limited invisibilty thing and the Skelton runs in and dies. He's good at that.

-Lightning Strikes-
Thanks to Roe-Job for this one. He uses it for flaming up his opponents.

* Demi-Magis x2
** Demi-Magis x2
*** Demi-Magis x2
*** Amotep Gunner x2

Playing Tips:
Put a Demi of each flavor around each Amoteps to make 2 formations. Either flame formations for 4 each, or hit single targets for 6. And of course the demis can magic blast too. Either way these formations kill. Don't use against Magic Immunity though. That wouldn't work.

Flying Terror

* Fell Reaper
** Fell Reaper

*** Fell Reaper (x2)
* War Impaler

Use the Fell Reaper's as one giant formation and the War Impaler as support. I use him because he has ram, but you can use anything you want to compliment the Fell Reapers. While in formation, I suggest keeping the toughs in the middle, just so it will be harder to break the formation apart. This army is also great because as mounted figures, they're easy(or rather easier)to break away. Also, each figure has higher attacks, making it easier to do some damage if you are like me and can't roll.

300 pt.

-Demi Death-
Roe-Job strikes again. Fun army that's annoying to play against.

*** Demi-magus (2)
***Amotep Gunner
Elemental Priest
* Grave Robber
*** Grave Robber
*** Zombie (2)
* Barber Surgeon
* Skeleton
** Heart Seeker
** Werebear

Playing Tips: Put a demi on each side of the gunner then make them all touch the elemental priest. This gives this little flaming formation a defense of 18. Unfortunately it takes two moves to move the unit, though it does make it harder for opposing armies to kill off the demis and the gunner. Make another formation out of the Werebear, the Skeleton and the Heart Seeker. They probably won't do a lot of damage but it's something to keep opponents occupied while you magic blast them. Another formation consists of the ***grave robber and the zombies. This is also used to keep opponents occupied. Keep the * Grave Robber in the back in case the *** one dies, or you can add it to the zombie formation. Doesn't matter either way. You mainly need the grave robbers for the Skeleton, just because I find him to be fun. Also handy for bringing back those pesky zombies. The barber surgeon is in here to heal whatever can't be healed by the priest. It's nice to have two healers if you choose to spread this army out a bit. This is a fun little 300 point army that has the potential to do some damage.

1000 pt.

Intimidation: 1000 points

The point of this army is simple: Scare your opponent into not even wanting to play. A win by forfeit is still a win. Leave the Draconums in the back and let the battle rage for a while until they come in and clean up everything else. You don't have as many characters as you opponents will, so use your healers as soon as your characters take any damage. Keep the mending priestesses out of trouble, but in base contact so their defend will keep the low defense elemental leaguers in the game. If all else fails, just go down swinging.
