God Save the Queen
Setup:
One player chooses a 500 pt army.(this can be scaled down) He will be going up against a 550 pt., Knights Immortal army. The assaulting army cannot contain any Knights Immortal. Have them pick one non-unique character to be the assassin.
Layout:
This scenario should be played in a valley that opens up as you get closer ot the queen. Mostly clear terrain, and plenty of room for the KI calvary.
Plot:
The Knights Immortals' Queen is protected by magic. Two people have been given the power to kill her. The assaulting team has these two characters. One of these characters will stay in the starting area of the assault army (this is considered to be imaginary adn does not count for any points.) The knights Immortal cannot kill this character. The other assassin is mobile and an actualy character in the army. It cannot be a unique and it can be killed. The Queen(represented by any figure with 8 move and 16 defense) is in her chambers and cannot be killed except by a close combat attack from the assassin.
Knight's Immortal Army
Choose and army equal to the number of points being played. It must be exclusively Knights Immortal.
Gameplay:
The KI will protect the Queen at any cost, including throwing themsevles into any situation. Should the queen die, the KI's morale will be crushed and they will automatically retreat. A character may capture the queen and bring her into base contact with either the mobile assasin who can kill her, or back to the starting area where the imaginary assassin will kill her. A character may capture the queen with a successful 18 attack. The character with the queen as a captive follows all normal capture rules. KI will not offense unless ranks are broken. They will only attack to drive the force back. They will attack whoever has the queen.
